On April 8, 2026, the 精东影视, Inc. (PALSCON) formally held the Induction and Oath Taking Ceremony of its National Officers and Board of Trustees for the term 2026–2027 at the OSEC Conference Room, DOLE Executive Building, Intramuros, Manila.

The oath of office was administered by DOLE Undersecretary for Employment and Human Resource Development Cluster, Hon. Carmela I. Torres, marking not just a ceremonial duty—but a powerful reaffirmation of leadership, accountability, and service.

We extend our deepest gratitude for the inspiring and heartfelt message shared by DOLE Undersecretary for Labor Relations, Policy and International Affairs Cluster, Atty. Benedicto Ernesto R. Bitonio, Jr., whose words reminded us of the value of cooperation, responsibility, and nation-building through meaningful work.

We also extend our appreciation to DOLE Undersecretary for General Administration Cluster, Hon. Warren Miclat, whose presence further honored the occasion, together with the Assistant Secretaries and officials of DOLE: Ms. Amuerfina R. Reyes of the Workers’ Welfare and Protection Cluster, Mr. Joel M. Gonzales of the Employment and Human Resource Development Cluster, Labor Arbiter Maria Consuelo S. Bacay, Officer-in-Charge of the Labor Relations, Policy and International Affairs Cluster, and Adeline T. De Castro, Officer-in-Charge of the Legislative Liaison and Legal Affairs Cluster, Director Patrick Patriwirawan, whose support and presence made the ceremony even more meaningful.

This induction is more than a formal transition—it is a renewed pledge to uphold integrity, strengthen collaboration, and continue working hand in hand with our partners in government and industry toward decent, dignified, and sustainable employment for Filipinos.
